How a deal moves forward

LOI or ICPO received
The buyer sends a Letter of Intent (LOI) or an Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order (ICPO).

Seller issues the FCO
The seller replies with a Full Corporate Offer (FCO).

Mutual due diligence (KYC)
Both parties check each other's identity and standing.
- 04
SPA negotiated and signed
The parties agree and sign the Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA).
- 05
Payment instrument opened
The buyer opens the agreed payment instrument: DLC or SBLC.

Inspection and loading
The product is inspected and loaded for shipment.
